House Extensions

Often the simplest way of creating more space in your home is by building an extension. Barrett Kent will deal with any required planning permission, structural engineers and all other relevant local authority issues. Not all house extensions require planning permission and we may be able to build your extension under a building notice.

Building regulations will be obtained and adhered to for all Barrett Kent house extensions, with fully qualified gas safe plumbers and NicEic registered electricians for all existing and new services required during your extension build.

When building a house extension, we always ensure minimum disruption to you and your home. Wherever possible, we will isolate the living area from the building work, until it is necessary to break through and complete the extension, this method ensures that your comfort and living areas are not compromised.

Renovations & Building Works
