- Excavating floor levels to achieve more height
- Full drainage management system incorporating sump and submersible pump
- Fully tanked wall and floor areas with cavity drainage membrane
- Fully insulated levelled concrete floors
- New electrics and plumbing
- Insulated metal stud wall system plasterboard and skim
- All new joinery, fixtures and fittings
- Fitting of utility area
- Full stone tiled floor
