A Small Cellar / Basement Conversion To Utility Room

A small three roomed unusable flooding cellar, Barrett Kent removed two dividing walls, inserted structural steels and re-trimmed the floor joists to allow a flat uninterrupted ceiling hiding the rsj beams within the ceiling voids.

Barrett Kent then installed a comprehensive cellar system, fitting cavity drainage membranes, sump and pump system. Full electrics and an oil fired plumbing system, metal stud walls, plasterboard and decorations, enabling our client to use of a once unusable valuable living space.
