Extensions
Often the simplest way of creating more space in your home is by Building an extension. Barrett Kent will deal with any required Planning Permission, structural engineers and all other relevant local authority issues. Not all extensions require Planning Permission and we may be able to build your extension under a Building Notice. Building Regulations will be obtained and adhered to for all Barrett Kent extensions, with fully qualified gas safe plumbers and NicEic registered electricians for all existing and new services required during your extension build.
When building an extension we always ensure minimum disruption to you and your home. Wherever possible, we will isolate the living area from the building work, until it is necessary to break through and complete the extension, this method ensures that your comfort and living areas are not compromised.
Renovations & Building Works
You may be happy with the size of your home but as time goes by your home can become a little tired and dated, Barrett Kent offer full or part home renovations. Whether it's a new bathroom, kitchen or lounge, installing new windows, knocking out walls for that ultra modern open plan look and feel or you just want to update with some decorating Barrett Kent can provide you with comprehensive quotations detailing works required costing the work and provide a full hands on management approach of the works.
