Basement Conversion To Studio Apartment
A small existing basement requiring subfloor dig out ,underpinning and flat roof single storey extension to enlarge into a spacious studio apartment.
Safety fencing was erected and structural underpinning design sprayed on the walls to enable our underpinning team to follow dig out works in specific orders.
Drainage channels was inserted and cavity drainage membranes fixed to both wall and floor areas with fully heat sealed joints followed by the installation of a fully insulated laser levelled screed flooring.
Metal stud wall system and acoustic suspended ceilings are installed all electrical and plumbing works were undertaken the frame was insulated before the fixing of plasterboards and dry lining.
Once decorations had been applied a comprehensive fit out of bathroom suite and kitchen area was undertaken.
