A small three roomed unusable flooding cellar Barrett Kent removed two dividing walls inserted structural steels and re trimmed the floor joists to allow a flat uninterrupted ceiling hiding the rsj beams within the ceiling voids.
Barrett kent then installed a comprehensive cellar system fitting cavity drainage membranes sump and pump system, full electric and oil fired plumbing system metal stud walls plasterboard and decorations enabling our client to use of a once unusable valuable living space.
